Whether it’s your first step or your next one, there’s a place for you at LifeBridge.
You’ll find yourself surrounded by an incredibly competent and gifted team that is deeply committed to both excellence and each other. Our open, collaborative office culture means ideas are shared freely, everyone’s voice is valued, and no one is working in isolation. We work hard, we have fun, and we stay rooted in scripture together — because we believe that a staff that is actively growing in their relationship with Jesus is the foundation of a healthy and thriving church.

The Community Pastor plays a pivotal role in helping people take meaningful steps at LifeBridge—connecting them into clear, compelling pathways that move from the first steps of discipleship into deeper engagement in the life of the church. With a focus on key entry points into our discipleship pathway for everyone, and an emphasis on young adults, this leader brings vision, structure, and momentum to environments where people encounter Jesus, build authentic community, and grow with purpose.

The Communications Coordinator supports the execution of LifeBridge’s communication strategy through content creation, social media management, and clear, compelling written communication. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative communicator who enjoys writing, storytelling, and digital engagement.
Working closely with the Communications Director, this person will help bring LifeBridge’s voice to life across platforms—ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging. This is a hands-on role focused on implementation, with opportunities to grow in creative development, digital media, and storytelling.

At LifeBridge, our facilities are more than a building — they are one of the first impressions people have of Jesus. As our Facilities Manager, you will play a vital role in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments that help lost people of all ages in Northern Colorado take their next step toward Christ. You’ll lead a high-capacity team of staff and volunteers, bringing vision, excellence, and a pastoral heart to the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible. This is a role for someone who leads with ownership, serves with joy, and understands that a well-run facility is an act of worship and a gift to every person who walks through our doors.

The Executive & Ministry Admin is a key member of the LifeBridge staff team who comes alongside the Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Lead Team to help the church move forward. This person keeps the details in order, communication clear, and projects on track — freeing our leadership to focus on other responsibilities that help move the mission forward. It’s more of a behind the scenes role, with some forward facing communication, and a front row seat to everything God is doing at LifeBridge.

The Production Director is responsible for creating an excellent and distraction-free worship environment by leading all technical aspects of our Sunday services and key church events. This role oversees audio, video, lighting, live streaming, and production systems while building, equipping, and caring for the production serve team.
Working closely with the Worship Pastor and other ministry leaders, the Production Director ensures every production element supports the mission of introducing people to Jesus and leading them in their next step with Him.

Are you passionate about helping preteens, middle school students, and families grow closer to Jesus? We’re looking for a PreTeen and Middle School Pastor to lead thriving environments where kids and students love to be, invite their friends to join, and grow in their relationship with Jesus. We also need someone with the drive and determination to accomplish this through continually inspiring and equipping Serve Team Members and parents to make an eternal impact. This role is all about moving our church forward in its mission by investing in the next generation and inspiring them to live out their faith.
